Meet with the Nurse Practitioner to discuss medical history and symptoms you have been feeling to determine if this is an appropriate treatment solution for you. Bloodwork will also need to be drawn to determine eligibility for the program. This is not part of the free consultation. The details of the program and pricing will be discussed at that time.
