Not Your Average Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken



100 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos

1 TBSP rice vinegar (make sure it has no sugar)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 TSP ground ginger



In a small bowl, add Braggs Liquid Aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger

Add chicken and cover in sauce

Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour 

Grill chicken until no longer pink inside

Serve; would go well with the cabbage side below



Tangy Crunchy Cabbage



2 cups cabbage, shredded

1/8 cup water

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Salt and Pepper to taste



Place all ingredients in a frying pan

Stir constantly until cabbage is at your desired consistency, and then serve!





Buffalo Chicken



100 grams chicken

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 TBSP buffalo sauce (or cayenne pepper sauce)

1 TSP onions, minced

1 clove of garlic, crushed and minced

Pinch of oregano

Black pepper to taste



                                                                                      Saute chicken with onions, garlic, and 1 TBS buffalo                                                                                          sauce until lightly browned

                                                                                      De-glaze the pan with chicken broth and add                                                                                                    tomatoes and spices

                                                                                      Simmer, stirring gently for 5-7 minutes adding                                                                                                  additional water or chicken broth as needed to                                                                                                create a light sauce.



Apple Chicken Salad



100 grams chicken, cooked and diced

1 apple, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

3 TBSP lemon juice

1/8 TSP cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

Dash of cardamom

Dash of salt

Stevia to taste

Wedge of lemon



Mix ingredients together

Sprinkle with Stevia and cinnamon

Chill for 20 minutes

Serve with a wedge of lemon.
